CA Baljit S. Bedi, Managing Partner (FCA)

Mr. Baljit S. Bedi, the senior most partner of the firm, has an experience of over 42 years in the matters related to finance and taxation. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1980. He has vast knowledge and experience in Corporate and Non- Corporate Audits, Direct Tax Advisory, Bank Audits, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing, Representation before various Authorities.

He masters in Lead advisory, Transaction Advisory and Tax consultancy. Due to the enormous understanding of various businesses he is well equipped at advising and assisting clients with key projects and strategic initiatives to enhance business value. He provides advisory services to support ongoing business operations, enable performance improvements, support financial transformation and manage risks. He leads and manages a massive team providing a wide array of professional services.

CA Ajit Singh Bhambra, Partner (FCA, B.Com)

Mr. Ajit Singh Bhambra, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2012, has an experience of more than 10 years in profession. He has vast experience and knowledge of Audit and Assurance, Direct Tax Planning and Other Income Tax matters, Corporate Tax Advisory, Company Law matters and various compliances with MCA. He has positioned himself as an advisor and consultant to many Small and Medium Enterprises. He possesses excellent skill pertaining to Consultancy of Corporate Law, Taxation, Project Financing and International Taxation.

CA Gaurav Pandey, Partner (ACA, M.Com, PGDIB)

Mr. Gaurav Pandey is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2020. He has successfully completed the Certification course on GST from ICAI. He is handling Indirect Taxes including Goods and Service Tax (GST) Advisory, Audit and Assurance, Payroll Advisory, Business Valuation, Due Diligence, Internal Financial Control, Project Financing, Credit Appraisal, Auditing and Taxation. He has a deep understanding of Statutory Audit as well as Direct Taxation matters related to Listed and Unlisted Corporate.
